From electricity supply consultancy to the development of hydroelectric and solar investments, we provide energy solutions to institutions and carry out generation investments at home and abroad.

We continue the expertise built from residential and commercial portfolios through urban regeneration, today with an asset management approach — managing the portfolio as a complete process from acquisition through leasing to value growth. With our first international investment in 2025, we turned towards predominantly multifamily assets in North America and Europe.
