A story that began with building
The first commercial step was taken with a land investment made in İstanbul by Enver Avcı, a retired teacher.
Ground was broken in Bahçelievler on one of the tallest residential buildings in the district.
The Avcıoğlu name stood on more than 25 projects, over 200 homes and more than 50 commercial units.
More than 10 residential and gated-community projects were delivered in the developing Esenyurt district.
Ground was broken on 10 urban renewal projects in the west of İstanbul.
The engineering business was restructured into its present corporate form.
Every completed building is the reference for the next.
