Residential and Commercial Development
The business the group was founded on. From land acquisition to permit, from construction to handover, the process is run by our own engineering and construction teams.
Urban Renewal
In renewing buildings that have reached the end of their life, we take on every stage — from reaching agreement with rightful owners to handing over the new building.
Land Development
We assess land by zoning status, location and timing together, and take the development decision where the three make sense at once.
Revenue-Share and Joint Development
In developments carried out with a landowner, we work to a framework that defines each side’s obligations at the outset and does not change along the way.
Portfolio and Leasing Management
We run leasing, maintenance and operation of the assets we hold, managing the portfolio as a whole rather than as separate transactions.
International Residential Assets
In 2025 we moved outside Türkiye for the first time, turning mainly to multifamily residential assets in North America and Europe.

These are not separate businesses but stages of the same one. A land development decision becomes urban renewal, a completed building becomes portfolio management, and forty years of experience in Türkiye becomes residential assets abroad.
