Our Approach
In real estate the good decision is rarely the fast one. We build our work here on three measures: place, duration and obligation.
Place
The value of a plot is settled by its location before its zoning. We judge that location by the surroundings it will have in ten years, not the ones it has today.
Duration
The holding period matters as much as the decision to buy. We decide knowing how long the asset will be managed.
Obligation
We set out our obligations to rightful owners, landowners and buyers at the outset, and do not revise them along the way.
Taking on the work end to end
In real estate, most is lost where the work changes hands. Where one party develops, another builds and a third manages, responsibility disperses.
The construction and engineering capability the group has carried since 1978 lets us run this work end to end in-house. The party standing behind the finished building is the party that built it.
ActivitiesAgreement in urban renewal
The technical side of urban renewal is usually the easy part next to the human one. The process with rightful owners demands as much care as the building itself.
We do not reopen the handover date or the sharing ratio we committed to. In a renewal project the most valuable thing is one neighbour’s word to another.
The same measure abroad
We did not change our approach when we moved outside Türkiye in 2025. In the multifamily residential assets we have turned to in North America and Europe we look at the same three measures: place, duration and obligation.
The only difference is each country’s own regulation and tenant relationship. We handle those with local advisers.
